Look what I see (2)!/Mira lo que veo (2)!

Esto que aqui veis es lo que mucha gente hace para ir a trabajar y ahorrarse unas rupias en el transporte. El autobus te cuesta normalmente Rs8 pero en esta vida no hay que ser derrochadores y saber llegar a final de mes. Entonces uno busca a alguno de los numerosos camioneros que tienen que atravesar la ciudad, muchas veces sin carga. Entonces la gente les para, les da Rs5 y te subes y te bajas donde mas te convenga. Sobre todo por las mañanas a la hora de ir a las obras te encuentras un montón. Yo siempre quiero adelantarlos porque no me apetece nada que en un bache se caiga uno que vaya mal agarrao y le dejemos hecho tortilla… En el caso de esta foto, me he apresurado a sacarla porque uno de los de dentro me vio con la camara y ya empezaban a asomar las cabezas para salir en la foto. Y tambien lo que me faltaba, que se empiezen a caer todos por el camino por mirar y saludar a la camera!

This is a good example of how some people save some rupees on transportation on the way to work. The bus ticket is usually Rs8 and the bus is always slow. And we all know that we should not waste money and some of this people know what to do about that. You go to the road and find one of those many lorry drivers that have to cross the city, very often without load. Then people pay them Rs5 and they jump in and out as they please. Especially in the morning you can find lots of these on the roads. I always want to leave them behind because I don’t want to witness one of these guys falling down and turning like a tortilla on the tar. In this case I had to hurry to take the picture because somebody from inside saw me with the camera and already some heads where coming out. I also wanted to avoid turning a witness of a bunch of people smiling and waving to the camera and falling down!
